Roller bearings

Single row cylindrical roller bearings
Product Introduction
JOJI single-row cylindrical roller bearings are available in various designs, series, and sizes. The main design differences between the bearings presented in this section are:
  • Cage design and material
  • Construction of inner and outer ring ribs
  • High-load cylindrical roller bearings
    Product Introduction
JOJI high-load cylindrical roller bearings combine the high load capacity of full complement bearings with the high-speed capabilities of caged bearings. They are designed for applications such as industrial gearboxes, wind turbine gearboxes, and mining equipment.
    Double row cylindrical roller bearings
    Product Introduction
JOJI double-row cylindrical roller bearings are available in various designs with cylindrical or tapered bores. JOJI standard products offered in this section include:
    • NNU bearings
    • NN bearings
    • NNUP bearings
    Four-row cylindrical roller bearings
    Product Introduction
SKF four-row cylindrical roller bearings are available in a variety of designs.
    • With a cylindrical or tapered bore
    • Open or sealed
Four-row cylindrical roller bearings are almost exclusively used on the roll necks of rolling mills, calenders, and roller presses. Because these bearings are typically mounted on the roll necks with an interference fit, four-row cylindrical roller bearings are particularly well-suited for rolling mill applications with high rolling speeds.
Because four-row cylindrical roller bearings can only carry radial loads, they are mounted in conjunction with deep groove or angular contact ball bearings, or with tapered roller bearings (radial or thrust designs) to carry axial loads.
Single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings
    Product Introduction
JOJI single-row full complement cylindrical roller bearings contain the largest number of rollers because they are not equipped with a cage.
Basic JOJI products available here include:
    • NCF type bearings
    • NJG type bearings
Double row full complement cylindrical roller bearings
    Product Introduction
JOJI double-row full complement cylindrical roller bearings contain the largest number of rollers because they do not have a cage.
The basic JOJI product offerings here include:
Open bearings in three different designs:
    • NNCL type
    • NNCF type
    • NNC type
    • NNF type sealed bearings
    Needle roller and cage assemblies
    Product Introduction
JOJI needle roller and cage assemblies are self-contained, ready-to-install bearing units. In applications where the shaft and housing bore can be used as raceways, the assemblies can be used to create bearing arrangements that require minimal radial space.
    Drawn cup needle roller bearings
    Product Introduction
JOJI drawn cup needle roller bearings feature a deep-drawn, thin-walled outer ring. Drawn cup needle roller bearings are typically used in applications where the housing bore cannot serve as a raceway for the needle roller and cage assembly, yet a very compact and economical bearing arrangement is required. These bearings are mounted in the housing with an interference fit. This allows for a simple and economical design of the housing bore, as no shoulder or retaining ring is required to axially locate the bearing.
The hardened steel drawn outer ring forms a non-separable unit with the needle roller and cage assembly of these bearings.
Needle roller bearings with machined rings
    Product Introduction
JOJI needle roller bearings with machined rings are made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel. JOJI offers needle roller bearings in various series and sizes with or without ribs on the outer ring. JOJI also offers versions with or without an inner ring.本。
    Spherical needle roller bearings
    Product Introduction
The outer diameter of the JOJI self-aligning needle roller bearing is designed as a convex spherical surface. Two polymer seat rings with concave spherical surface design are combined in a stamped steel ring and mounted on the outer ring.
    Combined needle roller bearings
    Product Introduction
JOJI combined needle roller bearings consist of both radial needle roller bearings and thrust bearings. They can accommodate both radial and axial loads. Combined needle roller bearings are particularly suitable for applications where other locating bearing arrangements would require too much space, where axial loads are too heavy, where speeds are too high, or where lubrication is insufficient in bearing arrangements with simple thrust washers. JOJI offers combined needle roller bearings in three basic designs:
    • Needle roller/angular contact ball bearings
    • Needle roller/thrust ball bearings
    • Needle roller/cylindrical roller thrust bearings
The relubrication intervals for the radial and thrust components of the bearing must be calculated separately. The shorter of the two intervals should be used.
    Universal joint bearings
    Product Introduction
JOJI universal joint bearings are manufactured using cold-forged or machined ring needle roller bearings with closed-end designs for a variety of applications. They are used in the automotive industry, commercial vehicle drive shafts, and other industries for specialized applications.
JOJI universal joint bearings are available in a variety of sizes and designs, including:
    • Maintenance-required or virtually maintenance-free designs
    • Open (unsealed) or sealed designs
    Needle roller bearing parts
    Product Introduction
JOJI not only provides inner rings for needle roller bearings, but also provides needle rollers as separate needle roller bearing assemblies.
In applications where the shaft cannot be hardened and ground, the inner ring is often combined with a needle roller and cage assembly or used with a drawn cup needle roller bearing.
Needle rollers can be used in full complement bearing arrangements for low-speed or oscillatory applications. If the shaft and housing bore serve as raceways, this compact bearing arrangement can provide higher load carrying capacity and be more economical than a bearing with a cage (raceways on the shaft and in the housing).
    Single row tapered roller bearings
    Product Introduction
JOJI single-row tapered roller bearings are designed to accommodate combined loads—simultaneously acting radial and axial loads. The extended raceways converge at the same point on the bearing axis, achieving true rolling motion and thus low frictional torque during operation. The axial load capacity of tapered roller bearings increases with increasing contact angle α. The size of the contact angle (typically 10° to 30°) is related to the calculation factor e (as per the product table): the larger the e value, the larger the contact angle.
    Paired tapered roller bearings
    Product Introduction
The JOJI product line of matched single-row tapered roller bearings is based on the common dimensions of single-row tapered roller bearings. Depending on the application requirements, matched tapered roller bearings are available in different designs and styles:
    • Matched bearings arranged face-to-face
    • Matched bearings arranged back-to-back
    • Matched bearings arranged in tandem
    • Basic designs and JOJI bearings
The matched bearings listed in the product table constitute the basic JOJI product line. JOJI can provide other matched bearing sets upon request.
    Double row tapered roller bearings
    Product Introduction
JOJI manufactures double-row tapered roller bearings in the TDO and TDI models, which include numerous variations and offer various features. These bearings are designed to withstand heavy radial loads, axial loads in both directions, and exhibit high rigidity. Double-row tapered roller bearings are commonly used in gearboxes, lifting equipment, rolling mills, and mining machinery, such as tunnel boring machines.
    Four-row tapered roller bearings
    Product Introduction
Four-row tapered roller bearings can accommodate combined (radial and axial) loads at low and medium speeds. They are used almost exclusively in roll applications such as rolling mills.
    Spherical roller bearings
    Product Introduction
How do you accommodate high radial and axial loads in applications prone to misalignment or shaft deflection? Solve this challenge with JOJI spherical roller bearings. Their high load capacity and ability to tolerate misalignment can help you reduce maintenance costs and extend bearing life. JOJI invented this bearing in 1919, and today we offer the industry's broadest product line—both open and sealed. Our product range includes spherical roller bearings designed for a wide range of applications, including wind turbine main shafts, continuous casting machines, vibratory applications, and high-speed applications, as well as bearings that use solid oil, split bearings, JOJI ConCentra roller bearing units, and JOJI Triple Protection Solutions for the most demanding conditions.
    CARB toroidal roller bearings
    Product Introduction
CARB toroidal roller bearings are unique: in addition to accommodating misalignment without increasing stress levels, they also enable frictionless axial movement within the non-locating bearing of a self-aligning bearing arrangement. This allows for higher loads and significantly extends service life.
    Cylindrical roller thrust bearings
    Product Introduction
JOJI cylindrical roller thrust bearings can withstand heavy axial loads and impact loads. This type of bearing cannot withstand any radial loads. The bearing has high rigidity and requires only a small axial space.
    Bearing washers
