Reali-Slim thin-wall bearings are a lightweight and compact solution for applications where space is limited. They are available in three bearing types:

• Angular contact ball bearings (C type)
• Angular contact ball bearings (A type)
• Four-point contact ball bearings (X type)

Kaydon's standard line of Reali-Slim thin-wall bearings includes open and sealed bearings, as well as many other variations. Bearings can be customized to meet specific application needs.

Ultra-Slim thin-section bearings have the thinnest cross-section in the entire JOJI bearing range and are a very compact solution for applications where space is limited. There are three bearing types:

• Angular Contact Ball Bearings (Type C)
• Angular Contact Ball Bearings (Type A)
• Four-Point Contact Ball Bearings (Type X)

Kaydon's standard Ultra-Slim thin-section bearings are made of stainless steel and include spacer rings as separators. Custom bearings can be made to meet specific application needs.

Reali-Slim TT turntable thin-walled bearings feature inner and outer ring raceways, allowing them to accommodate radial, axial, and torque loads. Based on sealed four-point contact ball bearings, they are available in three different designs:

• Bearings without gears
• Bearings with external gears (outer ring)
• Bearings with internal gears (inner ring)

Reali-Slim TT turntable thin-walled ball bearings are made of stainless steel. Bearings can be customized to meet specific application requirements.

BB series metric thin-section ball bearings are based on four-point contact ball bearings. They are designed to match the bore diameter and width of common crossed roller bearings. BB series bearings offer additional features not typically found in standard crossed roller bearings, providing beneficial design flexibility. These bearings can be further customized to meet specific application needs.

KT series thin-walled tapered roller bearings are primarily designed for radial load applications. Because they have a 12° contact angle under axial load, they can accommodate moderate axial loads.

Tapered roller bearings consist of a tapered outer ring and a tapered inner ring assembly. The tapered outer ring is composed of the outer ring, while the tapered inner ring assembly consists of the inner ring, rollers, and cage. The extended lines of the raceways converge at the same intersection point on the bearing axis, defined by the contact angle α (apex A), to achieve true rolling and thus low friction torque during operation.
