Ball bearings

Deep groove ball bearings
Product Introduction

Deep groove ball bearings are the most widely used bearing type, particularly for their versatility. They offer low friction and are optimized to reduce noise and vibration, enabling high speeds. They can accommodate radial and bidirectional axial loads, are easy to install, and require less maintenance than other bearing types.

The JOJI bearing catalog lists various designs, variants and sizes of deep groove ball bearings. In addition to the products listed in the catalog, JOJI deep groove ball bearings can be customized to bring benefits to applications with special performance requirements.

Design and variants

  • Single row deep groove ball bearings
  • Stainless steel deep groove ball bearings
  • Single row deep groove ball bearings with ball filling gap
  • Double row deep groove ball bearings
Bearing units
Product Introduction
Mounted bearings (JOJI Y bearings) are based on the sealed deep groove ball bearings of the 62 and 63 series. The difference is that they have a convex outer ring and, in most cases, an extended inner ring. They have a specific locking device that enables quick and easy installation on the shaft.

Single row angular contact ball bearings
Product Introduction
JOJI single row angular contact ball bearings can only accommodate axial loads in one direction. This type of bearing is usually adjusted relative to a second bearing. Their bearing rings have upper and lower shoulders and are inseparable.
Double row angular contact ball bearings
Product Introduction
The design of SKF double row angular contact ball bearings corresponds to two single row angular contact ball bearings arranged back to back.
Four-point contact ball bearings
Product Introduction
Four-point contact ball bearings are radial, single-row, angular contact ball bearings whose raceways are designed to support axial loads in both directions. For a given axial load, they can also support a limited radial load (load ratio). The bearings are a split design, meaning the outer ring with the ball and cage assembly can be mounted separately from the two inner ring halves.

JOJI four-point contact ball bearings have grooved shoulders on both inner ring halves. This improves oil flow when used with cylindrical roller bearings. Furthermore, the recessed portion can be used for disassembly.
Self-aligning ball bearings
Product Introduction

Self-aligning ball bearings have two rows of spherical rolling elements, with a common spherical raceway in the outer ring and two deep-groove, continuous raceways in the inner ring. They can be open or sealed. They accommodate large angular displacements of the shaft relative to the housing (fig. 1), for example, caused by shaft deflection.

Unidirectional
Product Introduction
JOJI manufactures thrust ball bearings in either single-direction (fig. 1) or double-direction (fig. 2) configurations. They can only accommodate axial loads and are incapable of supporting radial loads. In addition to the bearings described in this section, JOJI also offers thrust ball bearings suitable for specialized applications. This range includes bearings with Solid Oil and NoWear coating.
Bidirectional
Product Introduction
JOJI manufactures thrust ball bearings in either single-direction (fig. 1) or double-direction (fig. 2) configurations. They can only accommodate axial loads and are incapable of supporting radial loads. In addition to the bearings described in this section, JOJI also offers thrust ball bearings suitable for specialized applications. This range includes bearings with Solid Oil and NoWear coating.
Angular contact thrust ball bearings
Product Introduction

JOJI angular contact thrust ball bearings are separable, meaning the washers, balls, and cage assemblies can be installed separately. Although these bearings were originally designed to support the rotary table of drilling rigs, they are also suitable for other applications.
