Product Introduction
JOJI single-row tapered roller bearings are designed to accommodate combined loads—simultaneously acting radial and axial loads. The extended raceways converge at the same point on the bearing axis, achieving true rolling motion and thus low frictional torque during operation. The axial load capacity of tapered roller bearings increases with increasing contact angle α. The size of the contact angle (typically 10° to 30°) is related to the calculation factor e (as per the product table): the larger the e value, the larger the contact angle.

The JOJI product line of matched single-row tapered roller bearings is based on the common dimensions of single-row tapered roller bearings. Depending on the application requirements, matched tapered roller bearings are available in different designs and styles:

  • Matched bearings arranged in tandem

Double row tapered roller bearings
Product Introduction
JOJI manufactures double-row tapered roller bearings in the TDO and TDI models, which include numerous variations and offer various features. These bearings are designed to withstand heavy radial loads, axial loads in both directions, and exhibit high rigidity. Double-row tapered roller bearings are commonly used in gearboxes, lifting equipment, rolling mills, and mining machinery, such as tunnel boring machines.
Four-row tapered roller bearings
Product Introduction
Four-row tapered roller bearings can accommodate combined (radial and axial) loads at low and medium speeds. They are used almost exclusively in roll applications such as rolling mills.
