Single-row deep groove ball bearings for high-temperature applications have dust caps on both sides and are designed for severe operating conditions, with some types capable of withstanding temperatures up to 350 °C (660 °F). They have greater radial internal clearance and use graphite-based lubricants that enable operation at high temperatures. They are lubricated for life during the bearing life cycle, and the entire surface of the bearing is treated with manganese phosphate, which enhances lubricant-to-metal adhesion and improves wear properties. Thanks to their wide use and versatility, deep groove ball bearings can withstand axial and radial loads in both directions and are easy to mount.
