Hybrid ceramic deep groove ball bearings with seals on both sides

Hybrid ceramic single-row deep groove ball bearings with seals on both sides are a combination of inner and outer rings made of bearing steel and rolling elements made of bearing-grade silicon nitride (Si3N4), which allows the bearings to be electrically insulated. The embedded seal significantly extends the life of the bearing as it prevents grease leakage and the ingress of contaminants. Silicon nitride rolling elements not only prevent the bearing from being damaged by electrical currents, but also improve the performance of the bearing compared to steel rolling element bearings of the same size, extending bearing life, increasing speed capacity, enhancing wear resistance and bearing stiffness, reducing the risk of adhesive wear or pseudo-Bush indentation, and being less sensitive to temperature changes, making them particularly suitable for harsh working conditions and contaminated environments.
