Hybrid ceramic single-row deep groove ball bearings with low-friction seals on both sides are a combination of inner and outer rings made of bearing steel and rolling elements made of bearing-grade silicon nitride (Si3N4), which allows the bearings to be electrically insulated. The low-friction seals provide a better sealing effect than dust caps and non-contact seals, thus significantly extending the life of the bearings, which can still be operated at the same speeds as dust caps.
