Single row cylindrical roller bearings are designed for applications subject to heavy radial loads and high speeds. The NJ type bearings have an integral retaining edge on both sides of the outer ring and a retaining edge on one side of the inner ring, allowing unidirectional axial displacement. An important feature is the separable design, which facilitates mounting, and the individual parts of the bearing are interchangeable.
