Embedded bearings are based on the design of sealed deep groove ball bearings. These embedded bearings are suitable for applications where smooth running is a key operating indicator. They can withstand higher axial loads than other embedded bearings. The bearings are made of sheet steel reinforced NBR, sealed on both sides, mounted in a groove on the outer ring and pressed against the inner ring shoulder as a contact seal.
