Drawn cup needle roller bearings are typically used in applications where the housing bore cannot be used as a raceway for needle roller and cage assemblies, but where particularly compact and economical bearing configurations are required. Due to the large number of rollers, the bearings have a high load carrying capacity and stiffness. The closed end face design makes it suitable for bearing configurations mounted at the shaft end.
