INSOCOAT® Deep Groove Ball Bearings

INSOCOAT single row deep groove ball bearings have an electrically insulating coating on the outer surface of the inner or outer ring. This coating prevents stray currents from passing through the bearing, protects it from galvanic corrosion damage and helps to prevent lubricant deterioration due to current discharge. Due to their wide range of use, versatility and low friction, deep groove ball bearings are optimised to reduce noise and vibration and thus increase rotational speeds. Capable of withstanding radial loads and bi-directional axial loads, they are easy to mount and require much less maintenance than many other bearing types.
