Radial contact ball bearings with seals or dust caps are designed to withstand radial loads in a single direction and some axial loads. A bearing series is based on a single cross-section that remains constant as the bore diameter increases, which results in significant space and weight savings. The bearings are not recommended for applications where there is continuous rotation.
