Using this method its rust prevention period is short, generally only can keep 7-14 days, and in the rainy season, due to the humid weather, can only keep 2-3 days must be re-treated, need to spend labour and money.
3.Coating with oil
Rust preventive oil, similar to rust preventive paint, is applied like the finished product. This method requires cleaning before the next process, which is troublesome.
After joint research with relevant manufacturers, years of production practice shows that the rust prevention between processes has been improved many times, and the effect of rust prevention by spraying is better. The first trial of roller rust prevention, semi-finished products and finished products every day with sodium nitrite aqueous solution rinse once, 3 months after the sampling results did not find corrosion, and now on the bearing bush semi-finished products using spray rust prevention, the effect is also so. The spraying rust prevention process is relatively simple, and the method is as follows:
1.Purchase and construction of equipmentAccording to how many semi-finished products are stored, establish an intermediate storehouse, the ground with cement flooring, the middle can be set up a walkway, about 1.5m, used to pass the bearing ring trolley. At the end of the channel to put a storage of sodium nitrite water solution pool, the solution formula for 5% -10% sodium nitrite plus 0.6% sodium carbonate, and do a good job on the ground back to the water ditch, and then the bearing rings stacked on both sides of the floor, each pile of bearing rings between the walkway left 0.6m. It can be said that the intermediate storehouse is designed to be about 64m2, and its sodium nitrite water solution pool is 1m3.
2.Process method
Every morning with sodium nitrite aqueous solution flushing once, the water solution by the pump from the pool sucked out, through the rubber pipe to the head of the rosette, like a shower like rinsing bearing rings.
