Judgement of disassembled import bearings can be reused, to check the bearing cleaning, carefully check the raceway surface, rolling surface, the state of the mating surface, keep frame wear, import bearing clearance is increased and whether there is no influence on the dimensional accuracy of the decline of the damage, abnormality. Non-separated small ball bearings, etc., with one hand flat end of the inner ring, rotate the outer ring to confirm whether it is smooth. Tapered roller bearings and other separated bearings can be checked separately on the rolling elements and the raceway surface of the outer ring. Large bearings can not be rotated by hand, pay attention to check the rolling body, raceway surface, keep frame, retaining surface, etc., the higher the importance of imported bearings, the more need to check carefully. Judge imported bearings can be used again, according to the degree of bearing damage, mechanical properties, importance, operating conditions, inspection cycle and other related factors to decide. However, if the following defects are found during the inspection, the bearings can not continue to be used and need to be replaced with new imported bearings.
(a) inner ring, outer ring, rolling body, keep frame in any one of the crack or gap.
(b) ring, rolling body in any one of the fracture.
(c) Rolling surface, retaining edge, rolling body with obvious abrasions.
(d)Cage wear is obvious, or rivets are obviously loose.
(e)Rust or scars on the raceway surface and rolling body.
(f)There are serious indentations or bruises on the raceway surface and rolling body.
(g)There is obvious creep on the inner diameter surface of the inner ring or the outer diameter surface of the outer ring.
(h)Visible discolouration due to overheating.
(i)Imported bearings sealed into grease, sealing ring or dust cover is badly broken.
